About The Club
Career Chasers Members Club is an online community devoted to helping women of color dominate their professional goals. We teach members how to let go of imposter syndrome and become their own advocate. Each month, they learn new skills that help them quantify their accomplishments, build leadership and communication skills, and increase their influence to successfully navigate the workplace.
Back in August, I wrote a letter to leadership requesting a promotion to a lead position. This week, I was officially promoted with a pay increase. This group has helped with my confidence, knowing my worth and what I bring to the table. So happy I advocated for myself.
